First City Tower is a 2009 receipient of the LEED EBOM Gold award - the first to receive this honor in the State of Texas!  We are on the forefront of sustainable practices, and our Green Trade Show is one demonstration of our commitment.

First City Tower holds an annual environmental trade show highlighting the latest sustainable resources available to the community.  This year we invited businesses who demonstrated environmentally friendly services for cleaning, landscaping, alternative travel, recycling, sustainable consumable products (i.e., paper and cleaning products), pest control, plumbing, healthy eating, and energy conservation.  The "Green Trade Show" link below will take you to a Power Point presentation of the 2008 trade show.  The photos shown below are from the 2009 show.
